So, I’ve just completed another mirror for ANOTHER school auction. This time for one I don’t attend, but do support. I hope
it brings in as much as the Gan mirror did for our school. It is 25 x 32″ overall.

Because of some spotting, I thought about switching out the original mirror, but after removing the backer
I discovered a stamp reading “1924,” and thought better of it.

This one was a challenge on a number of fronts.I committed to the auction only about a week out, so I had to
source the mirror, and replenish my supply of materials. While preparing, I also built a new work bench to serve
as the palette for all the great ceramic pieces. The rectangular frame had a very slight round over profile, which
makes the multi-dimensional play a little more difficult. Overall, I think it turned out nice
I’ve included a few snaps of it.

Had to get them off ASAP as my trial of Photoshop CS5 runs out today. Booo.
